Inefficient Communication

Here's a lesson which I think should not be repeated anywhere, and it has got to do with communication. I was emcee-ing for a roadshow over the weekend, and this picture sums up the problem of inefficient and ineffective communication. Basically, the manager felt I wasn't communicating effectively the way he wants it, and he went through the whole food chain to get to me.

This should never be repeated anywhere in any organisation. I believe direct communication is the most effective and efficient form of communication.
